- Yes, we need this form filled out wether your home is under or over 1,000 Sq.ft. However, for the homes that are over 1,000 Sq.ft do not need to fill out the last 2 questions. (Amount of boxes to be moved? Furniture Inventory List?) (Homes over 1,000 Sq.ft Answer 0-10/N/A). This is because we will require an in-home onsite and will be gathering those 2 questions upon arrival.

- This form will want to be filled out as accurately as possible that way when one of our Tetris representatives emails you an estimate, we can make sure to provide the most accurate estimate. Ultimately, the more accurate this form is, the more accurate we can be when providing an estimate for you.
